Our Story

Grace Church began in July 2012 around a kitchen table and has grown into a multi-cultural, multi-lingual church with over 150 people and services in English, Swahili & Kinyabwisha. We have people from over 20 different nationalities which makes for a rich and diverse church life. It is led by Phil and Emma Whittall who moved to Stockholm from the UK to help start the church.

Our Vision

That in every neighbourhood of Stockholm there would be a group of Jesus followers who are committed to their area by loving the people there and helping them to follow Jesus too. That starts with one home or cafe in every station stop on the city metro system (153 of them), connecting people to the people of God, the message of God and the grace of God.

HOW TO PRAY

  • Breakthrough in salvation and baptism among the many spiritually hungry people we meet in the city

  • Swedish speaking pioneering leaders to come and work with us to help us reach into new areas of the city

  • For growth amongst students and an increased presence in the universities and colleges of Stockholm.
